What's Up Wednesday - 1.27.21

Hey friends!! Happy, happy Wednesday!! How are you guys doing? Well, I hope!! Today is one of my favorite linkups of the month, WUW!!
Before we get into it, check out my posts from earlier this week!! Monday I shared my January Movie Review and yesterday I shared my January Book Review!!
I hope you enjoy!!

Linking up with Shay and Sheaffer!!

I have been making a lot of fun foods recently!

On Monday, I made Mix & Match Mama's peanut butter honey oatmeal balls
We LOVED them! They were super, super easy to make, they made no mess, and they were super yummy!!

On Sunday, Dad and I made a "fancy breakfast" of chocolate chip mini waffles in my Dash Mini Waffle Maker and bacon!!
The waffles are super easy, and can be found in the Dash Mini Waffle Maker recipe book. I just used the original waffle recipe, but added a cup of dark chocolate chips! Super yummy! As for the bacon, you just put it in a baking sheet, preheat oven to 400 degrees, pop the bacon in, bake for 5 min, turn around and 5 more minutes!

We have also been making a lot of french toast! THIS recipe is great, and very easy!!

Honestly, not too much!! I have been a little busy in school this past week, so I haven't had time to sit back and think about the good old days!
The only thing I can think of, is thinking about Valentine's day 2020!! Haha! Ella and Kate, you know what I am talking about!!

I have been loving volleyball practice! We are having the best time, and I am so excited for our first tourney, more on that later!!

I have also been loving going on hikes with the family! On Saturday, Clara and I got to go on a trail by ourselves, and we mostly went off-trail to take pictures! We had such a blast!!

I have also been loving my morning and afternoon walks!!

I have been watching a lot of movies!!

I have also been going on plenty of walks!!

On Sunday, Sarah and Malcolm came over after they attended a funeral! Bear also came to say for a little while!

We have been taking lots of pictures of Pip!

On Friday I was so happy to get to see Kate and give her her birthday gift! We talked for a while, and it was so fun to stop and talk!!

Aside from that I have been listening to Podcasts on repeat!!

I have not been dreading much aside from getting schoolwork done!!

I have been working on schoolwork, blogging, and making my way through books!

In science, I only have ONE MORE TEST in 8th grade!! I am taking it today, so wish me luck!! I am so excited to be done with something, and knock it out of the way. It is so nice to check something off of the list, and this will be a breath of fresh air once I finish it up!!

This weekend is our first CCJ tournament of the season!! Mom and I are driving up to Atlanta Saturday morning, and I just cannot wait!!

Aside from those things, I am always excited for volleyball practice, and to pass a test!

Watching: On Monday I shared all of the movies I watched in January! All of the movies I watched were Marvel movies, and I had such a great time watching them! There were definitely tears!

Just recently, I started watching Stranger Things! I have been LOVING it! It is such a good show to watch, and I am so hooked! Right now I am on Season 1: Episode 7, and my thoughts are, ''I hate Steve, Nancy and Johnathan???, poor El!, and Mike is so sweet!!!''

I have been listening to podcasts like my life depends on it recently!!

Some of my favorites are . . .

The Daily Show With Trevor Noah: Ears Edition!
This podcast is hilarious! I love listening to it in the mornings while I am getting ready! Trevor Noah is so funny, so listening to this podcast is so much fun!

Dateline NBC!
I am sure you guys have seen Dateline before on TV! I personally cannot watch the show, or I will be too scared, but for some reason I can listen to it! I normally listen to it in the shower, or on my walks! The episode The Secret Life of the Homecoming Queen was so good! Terrible and scary, but one of the best Dateline episodes I think I have heard!!

The weather here has been pretty warm lately, so in the last couple of days I have just been wearing t-shirts and shorts!!

Other than that I have been wearing sweaters, leggings, sweatshirts, and sweatpants!

Playing in a volleyball tournament in Atlanta!!

Let’s Look - Coffee Area!

Hey there! Happy Wednesday!! I am so excited that it is the first Let’s Look of the year! Today we are taking a look into my coffee area!! Linking up with Shay and Erika !  To be honest, I don't drink coffee on a daily basis! Don't get me wrong, I love coffee, and I would drink it every day, but I just drink tea instead! I love hot tea a tiny bit more than coffee! So yeah, I love coffee, but I don't need it every day. Before we get into it, check out my posts from earlier this week! Monday I shared a Christmas 2020 Recap , and Tuesday I shared my Makeup Haul ! Let’s get into it! This is one coffee maker! We have the Keurig, and the water Hamilton Beach water boiler! We got out Keurig a couple of years ago from Costco, and I fell in love immediately! You can make five different cup sizes, and it makes iced coffee as well!  Since I don't do much of the coffee drinking around my house, here is the coffee that my parents use! As for me, I drink Twining’s English Breakfast

Tuesday Talk - A Day In The Life

Hey friends!! Happy Tuesday! Can we just take a step back for a moment and recognize that it is already January the 19th!!?? It has been 19 days into this New Year, and I feel like it all happened in the blink of an eye. It went by so fast. Today is the third Tuesday of the month, so that means it's time for . . . TUESDAY TALK!! Today I will be talking about how my day goes, meaning I will be sharing A Day In The Life! Day In The Life posts are some of my all-time favorite posts to read, so I am super excited to share this one with you! Linking up with Erika and Ashley ! Friday morning I woke up at 5:04 AM, my alarm did not go off, but luckily I roused close to my normal time! Then I checked my sleep app to see how much sleep I got.  After checking that, I laid in bed and read for 10 minutes. This is my favorite way to wake up and quietly prepare myself for the day! Then I got out of bed and went to the kitchen to make myself some breakfast! I made myself some hot tea, and because
