Hey friends! Happy 2021!! How crazy is it that it’s 2021!!?? I have a good feeling about this year, and I can’t wait for all of it to unfold! For today I am sharing my New Year’s Resolutions!!
My number one resolution for this year, is to do my devotional everyday! For 2021, I am following the Live In Grace, Walk In Love book by Bob Goff! I have really enjoyed it so far, and look forward to continuing it!
2. Drinking Water
A big part of staying healthy, is drinking lots of water! It is my goal to drink 1,420 milliliters or 40 ounces of water each day! This is a very easy goal for me to do and I just feel so much better everyday when I am hydrated.
For this year, I want to really work on working out! I think with volleyball, I am going to try to workout two times a week. It might be just a 20 minute core workout, or a full BodyPump workout! We will see how it goes.
My goal is to run around a mile most mornings. Running is a great exercise, and is something that I can do everyday!
It is my goal to read 65 books this year! This should be pretty easy to do, considering that I normally read around 10 books a month!
