Okay, now onto my top favorites of the year!!!
In 6th place is . . .
Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard! I really, really, really enjoyed this book! It was the perfect mix of romance and action. The ending was so surprising, I kept gasping over and over again! It was such a good book!
In 5th place is . . .
The Selection Series by Kiera Cass!! This was one of my first YA romance novel reads, and I loved it! It was so well written, and I could not put it down. I read the first book in about three hours! Such a good series, and I will forever and always love it!
In 4th place is . . .
The Help by Kathryn Stockett! This book was amazing!! It had such a great story and was such an easy read. The book help my attention the whole entire time, and really had an amazing message.
In 3rd place is . . .
The Hunger Games Series by Suzanne Collins!! Y'all, I LOVED this series! It was so scary, but so captivating that I couldn't put it down! I feel like I flew through this series it was so good! Such a sad ending though! Great series, a must-read!!
In 2nd place is . . .
Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson! This book was amazing. I cried throughout it, but it gave me so much perspective. This book is about Bryan Stevenson and his experience as a civic lawyer and getting people who were wrongly accused of things out of jail. It really shows the amount of racial inequality in our justice system.
In 1st place is . . .
The Twilight Series by Stephanie Meyer!! Best books series ever!! These books are all so well written. They are so sweet and made me cry. This series also had plenty of action scenes! If you haven't read it, you definitely should!!
