Weekend Recap: 12/4 - 12/6

Hello first Monday of December! Did you guys know that there are...18 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS! Christmas has felt like it has sprung upon me so fast this month, not for the rest of the year though! Today I am sharing another weekend recap!
Today  I will be linking up with Heather, Lindsay, Johannah, and Tanya!

Friday was a super chill, normal day! I got up, did my morning routine and watched the sunrise with Pip!
After I was done with school for the day, Mom and I did a 55 minute Body Pump workout, which was awesome! We felt great afterwards, although it was tiring! The rest of the day we spent hanging out, and I did LOTS of reading!

Saturday was a BIG, BIG day!! It was Clara’s last volleyball game of the season, and her team so happened to be playing in the championship for their age group!! Before I show you all of the pictures, I just wanted to tell you guys how much Clara improved! At first, she wasn’t too keen on volleyball. She liked it okay, but soccer was really her thing. Then she worked hard, and did an amazing job!! I am so proud of you Clara!
Clara serving in the game!!
They won the first set 25-12, lost the second set, and won the third set to win the game!! Clara was so happy!! She played so well, and she deserved this win!!
I had to get someone to snag a family pic, just so we could remember this day forever!!
Then we rushed home to watch the Auburn game. :( Correction; rushed home to watch Auburn lose.
After the game, which for some reason I was exhausted from watching, we went on a little walk on the trails near our house! This time we brought Maddie, and she loved it!

Sunday was also a pretty uneventful day!
Dad had drill, so Mom, Clara, Maddie, and I went walking on the trails again! It was so nice to get some fresh air!!
That afternoon I had volleyball practice, and it was so much fun!! I can’t wait for our first tourney!! Only 40 something more days!! Yay!

Well, friends, that was my weekend!! Thank you so much for reading! I will see you guys tomorrow!!

Let’s Look - Coffee Area!

Hey there! Happy Wednesday!! I am so excited that it is the first Let’s Look of the year! Today we are taking a look into my coffee area!! Linking up with Shay and Erika !  To be honest, I don't drink coffee on a daily basis! Don't get me wrong, I love coffee, and I would drink it every day, but I just drink tea instead! I love hot tea a tiny bit more than coffee! So yeah, I love coffee, but I don't need it every day. Before we get into it, check out my posts from earlier this week! Monday I shared a Christmas 2020 Recap , and Tuesday I shared my Makeup Haul ! Let’s get into it! This is one coffee maker! We have the Keurig, and the water Hamilton Beach water boiler! We got out Keurig a couple of years ago from Costco, and I fell in love immediately! You can make five different cup sizes, and it makes iced coffee as well!  Since I don't do much of the coffee drinking around my house, here is the coffee that my parents use! As for me, I drink Twining’s English Breakfast

Friday Favorites - 1.19.21 + A Big Surprise!!

Hey friends!! Happy Fri-YAY, the best day of the week!! I hope you have had a wonderful week so far! I feel like this week has gone by SUPER fast! I measure the time of my week by WandaVision episodes, and it seems like I just saw Episode 6!! 😂 Today, like always, I will be sharing my FAVORITES from this week + this week I have a little  BIG surprise for you all to see! I can't wait!! Let's get into it! *Linking up with Erika , Andrea , Shelbee , Nancy My first FAVORITE of the day is also my BIG surprise!!  So as you all know, our sweet pup Maddie passed away a couple of weeks ago. We missed having a dog so much, and it was so hard for all of us. So, we started looking for dogs. We connected with the West Tennessee Border Collie Rescue, and they found a male puppy in Prattville, which is so close to us. At first, we weren't sure if he was available for adoption or even fostering. It turns out he was! On Saturday, Mom picked up him from the shelter, and when I got home from

Friday Favorites - It’s 2021!!

Hey friends!! Happy 2021! I am still amazed that we left 2020 behind, and are now experiencing 2021!! What a year 2020 was, and I am hoping 2021 can be at least a little bit better. Today I am sharing a huge haul of favorites from my Christmas Break, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s, and recent thing too!  As usual, I am linking up  with  Erika  and  Andrea , and Shelbee Before I get into this post, I would like to slow down and talk about some of the things happening in America right now. On Wednesday, led by the president, there was an insurrection, people broke into the US Capitol, and people died. This is wrong on so many levels, but this goes even deeper. Back in the Summer, people supporting Black Lives Matter were peacefully protesting and were tear-gassed so that our president could pose for a couple of photos. The people who were rioting outside of the capitol, and eventually some broke in, were not tear-gassed away, and they were breaking into the Capitol. People were shot
