Hey friends! Happy Fri-YAY!! Today after my last zoom meeting at 11:40, I will officially be on CHRISTMAS BREAK!! I am so, so excited for Christmas, and for the new year!! Today I am linking up with Erika and Andrea, per usual!! Make sure to follow me on Goodreads HERE!!
Before we begin, make sure to check out my posts from this week!!
Saturday was a Currently - 12/12, Sunday I shared Mom's Gift Guide, Monday was a Weekend Recap: 12/10 - 12/13, Tuesday Anna and I shared our favorite Christmas Movies, Wednesday I shared our favorite Holiday Books, and yesterday was my One Year Blogiversary & Monthly Musings!!
I hope you enjoy!!

O N E :
I would have to say that my first FAVORITE for today, is that by 11:40 I will be on Christmas break!! It is so nice to be able to have a couple of weeks of rest, and spending my rest time with my family!!

T W O :
My second FAVORITE of the week was getting to see Ella!! We had the best day hanging out in our pj's!! We did school work in the morning, and when we were done we took pictures, watched movies, curled hair, goofed off, rode around on the golf cart, listened to Taylor Swift (of course), and had a great time!! So glad to have gotten to have seen you bestie!!!

T H R E E :
Another FAVORITE of mine is THIS Christmas gift that I ordered Clara. It is a picture kids puzzle! I chose a photo of Clara and me, and put one of our favorite quotes, "Sisters by chance, Friends by choice"! I don't think I have ever been more excited about a gift for someone!! Unfortunately, it won't be here by Christmas day, :( so we are printing a picture and putting it under the tree instead!!! She is going to love it!

F O U R :
Maddie got a bath on Wednesday, and that was a big FAVORITE!! She smells delightful now, and she got a super cute Christmas bandanna!!

F I V E :
Another fun FAVORITE is a little thing I like to call "Pippy Back Rides"!! Pip will hop on our backs and we will walk around with him on us!! He really likes it, why, I don't know!! Also, I had to snap the other one because he was posing on the ornament table cloth!

S I X :
Speaking of super cute kitties, isn't this one just as adorable!!?? Charles is always a FAVORITE!

S E V E N :
Mom got some peppermint bark from work, and it is delicious!! Definitely a FAVORITE!!

E I G H T :
The other day, Dad and I were looking at old Christmas pictures and we found this one!! That was from last year, but it feels like forever ago!! Christmas 2019 was one of the best Christmases ever!! This picture is a FAVORITE!!

N I N E :
On Monday, I randomly made blueberry muffins! They were so yummy!! I sprinkled sugar on top, and I think that's what made it so yummy! These were a FAVORITE!

T E N :
On Monday, our neighbors' dog, Hank, walked over to pay us a little visit!! Seeing Hank was a FAVORITE!

E L E V E N :
Another FAVORITE from this week was getting to connect with other bloggers! One of my goals for December was to try to connect with bloggers, and I love getting to comment on another blogger's blog!!

T W E L V E :
Another FAVORITE of the day, are the super cute notes Clara has left me stuck on my dresser!! She stuck them on there when I was in the shower, and she has done it three nights in a row! They all say to come to her room at 5:00 AM, which is something I have yet to do. I did come at 5:30 once, and we snuck into the kitchen and ate a cookie. Yep, that's what Clara and I will do if we are the only ones awake! :)

T H I R T E E N :
My last FAVORITE is that Mom's Kendra Scott necklace came in yesterday! I can't wait to give it to her!!

Well, friends, that wraps up this post!! I hope you enjoyed!! I will see you guys back here on the blog tomorrow, with a Currently!! Have a wonderful Friday, and weekend!!
-Abby

Let’s Look - Coffee Area!

Hey there! Happy Wednesday!! I am so excited that it is the first Let’s Look of the year! Today we are taking a look into my coffee area!! Linking up with Shay and Erika !  To be honest, I don't drink coffee on a daily basis! Don't get me wrong, I love coffee, and I would drink it every day, but I just drink tea instead! I love hot tea a tiny bit more than coffee! So yeah, I love coffee, but I don't need it every day. Before we get into it, check out my posts from earlier this week! Monday I shared a Christmas 2020 Recap , and Tuesday I shared my Makeup Haul ! Let’s get into it! This is one coffee maker! We have the Keurig, and the water Hamilton Beach water boiler! We got out Keurig a couple of years ago from Costco, and I fell in love immediately! You can make five different cup sizes, and it makes iced coffee as well!  Since I don't do much of the coffee drinking around my house, here is the coffee that my parents use! As for me, I drink Twining’s English Breakfast

Friday Favorites - 1.19.21 + A Big Surprise!!

Hey friends!! Happy Fri-YAY, the best day of the week!! I hope you have had a wonderful week so far! I feel like this week has gone by SUPER fast! I measure the time of my week by WandaVision episodes, and it seems like I just saw Episode 6!! 😂 Today, like always, I will be sharing my FAVORITES from this week + this week I have a little  BIG surprise for you all to see! I can't wait!! Let's get into it! *Linking up with Erika , Andrea , Shelbee , Nancy My first FAVORITE of the day is also my BIG surprise!!  So as you all know, our sweet pup Maddie passed away a couple of weeks ago. We missed having a dog so much, and it was so hard for all of us. So, we started looking for dogs. We connected with the West Tennessee Border Collie Rescue, and they found a male puppy in Prattville, which is so close to us. At first, we weren't sure if he was available for adoption or even fostering. It turns out he was! On Saturday, Mom picked up him from the shelter, and when I got home from

Friday Favorites - It’s 2021!!

Hey friends!! Happy 2021! I am still amazed that we left 2020 behind, and are now experiencing 2021!! What a year 2020 was, and I am hoping 2021 can be at least a little bit better. Today I am sharing a huge haul of favorites from my Christmas Break, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s, and recent thing too!  As usual, I am linking up  with  Erika  and  Andrea , and Shelbee Before I get into this post, I would like to slow down and talk about some of the things happening in America right now. On Wednesday, led by the president, there was an insurrection, people broke into the US Capitol, and people died. This is wrong on so many levels, but this goes even deeper. Back in the Summer, people supporting Black Lives Matter were peacefully protesting and were tear-gassed so that our president could pose for a couple of photos. The people who were rioting outside of the capitol, and eventually some broke in, were not tear-gassed away, and they were breaking into the Capitol. People were shot
