Hey guys!! Happy happy Thursday! Guys, there are 15 more days till Christmas! I am ecstatic!! Today I am sharing with you my December Monthly Goals!!
O N E :
Drink 48 oz or more of water everyday! This goal is super easy to attain, seeing as I normally refill my water bottle once in the day! Drinking water makes me feel so much better!
T W O :
Read at least 10 books this month. So far this month I have already read 6 books, and I am so close to being at 7! Reading is so important, and I am loving all of the holiday books!
T H R E E :
Blog all 25 days until Christmas! I want my blog to scream Christmas this year, so that’s why I am posting Sunday-Saturday up until Christmas!
F O U R :
Connect with other bloggers! I think that connecting with other bloggers is so important! This month I am trying to read as many blogs as I can, and comment as much as possible! I know how much my blog means to me, and I know how much your own blog means to you!
F I V E :
Work-outs, work-outs, work-outs!!! My goal this month is to do a workout at LEAST three days a week! I think the little routine I have going on now is great, so I am going to keep it like it is. Right now, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I am doing a 55 minute Les Mills Body Pump workout!
This is the Body Pump Description:
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pumpgives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
I absolutely LOVE doing Body Pump! It is so much fun!
Other than Body Pump M,W,F, I like to do a small core workout every day I am not doing Body Pump! I really like the CXWORX class by Les Mills, and I will normally choose a 15 minute one on the days I’m not doing Body Pump!
Each morning I plan to walk Maddie down to the bus stop with Clara! This is a great way to get me moving in the morning!
I do have to say, my favorite part of Body Pump is either the chest track, just because I love doing flies, the back track (dead lifts, rows, and overhead presses), and the core track just because I am pretty good at core things!!
S I X :
Complete Bible study work!
Thanks so much for reading!! I will see you tomorrow!!
