Currently - 12/5

Hey guys! Happy Saturday! Today I am sharing a...Currently!! I got this idea from Bri’s blog, and I thought I should totally share it. So from now until Christmas, I am sharing a Currently every Saturday as a part of my 25 Days ‘Till Christmas On The Blog!! For each edition of Currently I will be sharing what I am reading, watching, making, and hoping! Enjoy!

R E A D I N G :
I have been a reading machine in the past couple of days! I have already finished Ella and I’s monthly book club books, so now I am currently reading The Twelve Days of Dash & Lily. I actually like it a lot better than the first Dash & Lily book! As of 9:00 Friday night (when I am writing this post), I am about 85% done with it! I am also about to start reading Me and White Supremacy. I am very excited to start this book, because I think it will be a reality check for me and that is something we all need right now!

W A T C H I N G :
I really have not been watching too much! The only movie I have gotten around to watching in December was The Miracle of 34th Street, which I love! Today, you will find me watching college football all day, and watching the new Mandolorian episode tonight! The last thing I have been watching, are sunrises with Pip!

M A K I N G :
I really have not been making anything yet. I am super excited to start baking coffee bread for friends and neighbors! Mom and I found the best coffee bread recipe, like ever! It is amazing, and this year we are making a loaf for all of our friends and neighbors!

H O P I N G :
I am really hoping that Auburn pulls off a win today! I mean we are not favored to win (are we ever?), but we shall see! I believe in you Auburn!! :) I am also hoping that Clara pulls off a win today! Her volleyball team is going to the championship for its league today! Good luck, and love you Clara!

That’s all I have for you guys today!! I hope you enjoyed! Have  wonderful wonderful Saturday! See you tomorrow!

Let’s Look - Coffee Area!

Hey there! Happy Wednesday!! I am so excited that it is the first Let’s Look of the year! Today we are taking a look into my coffee area!! Linking up with Shay and Erika !  To be honest, I don't drink coffee on a daily basis! Don't get me wrong, I love coffee, and I would drink it every day, but I just drink tea instead! I love hot tea a tiny bit more than coffee! So yeah, I love coffee, but I don't need it every day. Before we get into it, check out my posts from earlier this week! Monday I shared a Christmas 2020 Recap , and Tuesday I shared my Makeup Haul ! Let’s get into it! This is one coffee maker! We have the Keurig, and the water Hamilton Beach water boiler! We got out Keurig a couple of years ago from Costco, and I fell in love immediately! You can make five different cup sizes, and it makes iced coffee as well!  Since I don't do much of the coffee drinking around my house, here is the coffee that my parents use! As for me, I drink Twining’s English Breakfast

Friday Favorites - 1.19.21 + A Big Surprise!!

Hey friends!! Happy Fri-YAY, the best day of the week!! I hope you have had a wonderful week so far! I feel like this week has gone by SUPER fast! I measure the time of my week by WandaVision episodes, and it seems like I just saw Episode 6!! 😂 Today, like always, I will be sharing my FAVORITES from this week + this week I have a little  BIG surprise for you all to see! I can't wait!! Let's get into it! *Linking up with Erika , Andrea , Shelbee , Nancy My first FAVORITE of the day is also my BIG surprise!!  So as you all know, our sweet pup Maddie passed away a couple of weeks ago. We missed having a dog so much, and it was so hard for all of us. So, we started looking for dogs. We connected with the West Tennessee Border Collie Rescue, and they found a male puppy in Prattville, which is so close to us. At first, we weren't sure if he was available for adoption or even fostering. It turns out he was! On Saturday, Mom picked up him from the shelter, and when I got home from

Friday Favorites - It’s 2021!!

Hey friends!! Happy 2021! I am still amazed that we left 2020 behind, and are now experiencing 2021!! What a year 2020 was, and I am hoping 2021 can be at least a little bit better. Today I am sharing a huge haul of favorites from my Christmas Break, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s, and recent thing too!  As usual, I am linking up  with  Erika  and  Andrea , and Shelbee Before I get into this post, I would like to slow down and talk about some of the things happening in America right now. On Wednesday, led by the president, there was an insurrection, people broke into the US Capitol, and people died. This is wrong on so many levels, but this goes even deeper. Back in the Summer, people supporting Black Lives Matter were peacefully protesting and were tear-gassed so that our president could pose for a couple of photos. The people who were rioting outside of the capitol, and eventually some broke in, were not tear-gassed away, and they were breaking into the Capitol. People were shot
