Currently - 12/19

Hey there!! Happy Saturday! Just like every Saturday, I am sharing a Currently!!
Today I decided to link up with Beverly & Gloria from Across the Blvd, and Pam from Pam's Party & Practical Tips. Friends, I hope you enjoy!!

R E A D I N G :
I am currently reading Mistletoe and Mr. Right by Sarah Morgenthaler. If I am being honest, it's not my favorite. The book really isn't bad, I just can't get into it. I think once I get farther into the book, I will like it more.
Aside from Mistletoe and Mr. Right , I have been working my way through Me and White Supremacy by Layla F. Saad. This book is amazing. It is so eye opening, and really challenges you to pull the roots of white supremacy out of your life.
This month I have read nine books so far, but my goal is 12. Make sure that on the last Tuesday of the month (December 29) to share your book review with Ella and I's book club link-up!!

W A T C H I N G :
The other day Clara and I watched both of the Princess Switches, again!! Our family also watched the season finale of The Voice!! Other than that I haven't been watching much! I need to start watching a LOT more Christmas movies!!

M A K I N G :
Yesterday Mom and I (mostly Mom) baked our Christmas gifts for our neighbors! We made THIS coconut coffe cake recipe! We just didn't add the pecans, or the glaze on top! We also made banana bread! Mom decorated them with ribbons, and I wrote out the tags! They turned out super cute!!

H O P I N G :
I am hoping that the spread of COVID-19 is stopped. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose a family member or friend to this virus, and I especially can't imagine it happening during the holiday season. I hope all of you have a safe and very happy holiday season!!
I am also hoping for Auburn to win against Troy in basketball today!!

Well, those are some things that are going on currently!! I hope you enjoyed reading! Wishing you all a happy Saturday!! I will see you tomorrow!
