Weekend Recap: 10.23 - 10.25

Hey there!! Happy Monday!! This week is Halloween! Guys, even though I’m thirteen I always get excited for Halloween and I am especially excited this year. After all of this not fun or exciting year, it’s nice to do something light and happy for a day! Today I am recapping my weekend! I hope you guys enjoy. Also, I am linking up with Heather for Hello Monday!!

Friday 10.23:
On Friday before Clara got home from school, Mom and I went on a quick run to Marshals and Home goods. I didn’t take any pictures except for this one, just because it made me laugh!! ;)

On Friday, I was also petsitting sweet Fitz and George!! I love petsitting these two!!

Saturday 10.24:
Saturday was a rainy and dreary day, so we didn’t do much but watch football and I was petsitting. I spotted these two cuddling!! We also watched Auburn barely beating Ole Miss. Auburn Football, I love you so much but you are so inconsistent!!! *Sigh*

Saturday night we carved a pumpkin Mom and Clara got!

Sunday 10.25:
Sunday was also a super dreary day. We really did not do much of anything until we went to go get more pumpkins from the pumpkin patch near our house!! We spent the rest of the day hanging out, and working on our pumpkins!!!
We finished up the big pumpkin Saturday night, and we did the little spider on Sunday! We got a tiny pumpkin, painted him black, glued on the eyes, and poked little pipe cleaners in it as the legs!! It was so simple and it turned out great!
On Sunday we all got our own smaller pumpkins and carved them! Mom did the puppy pumpkin, I did the mouse pumpkin, and Clara [Dad] did the cat pumpkin!!
We also roasted the seeds my from my pumpkin!

Well, that is a little snapshot of my weekend!! I hope you guys enjoyed! Since it’s the week of Halloween, I am posting Monday-Friday!! I will see you guys tomorrow with a look into our Halloween decorations around the house!! On Wednesday, I am posting this month’s edition of What’s Up Wednesday! Thursday is my Halloween playlist, and Friday is Friday Favorites! I hope you guys have a wonderful Monday! See you tomorrow!!

  1. Your pumpkins turned out great! We don't carve them since no one enjoys the process but I do miss roasting and seasoning my own pumpkin seeds.

Let’s Look - Coffee Area!

Hey there! Happy Wednesday!! I am so excited that it is the first Let’s Look of the year! Today we are taking a look into my coffee area!! Linking up with Shay and Erika !  To be honest, I don't drink coffee on a daily basis! Don't get me wrong, I love coffee, and I would drink it every day, but I just drink tea instead! I love hot tea a tiny bit more than coffee! So yeah, I love coffee, but I don't need it every day. Before we get into it, check out my posts from earlier this week! Monday I shared a Christmas 2020 Recap , and Tuesday I shared my Makeup Haul ! Let’s get into it! This is one coffee maker! We have the Keurig, and the water Hamilton Beach water boiler! We got out Keurig a couple of years ago from Costco, and I fell in love immediately! You can make five different cup sizes, and it makes iced coffee as well!  Since I don't do much of the coffee drinking around my house, here is the coffee that my parents use! As for me, I drink Twining’s English Breakfast

Tuesday Talk - A Day In The Life

Hey friends!! Happy Tuesday! Can we just take a step back for a moment and recognize that it is already January the 19th!!?? It has been 19 days into this New Year, and I feel like it all happened in the blink of an eye. It went by so fast. Today is the third Tuesday of the month, so that means it's time for . . . TUESDAY TALK!! Today I will be talking about how my day goes, meaning I will be sharing A Day In The Life! Day In The Life posts are some of my all-time favorite posts to read, so I am super excited to share this one with you! Linking up with Erika and Ashley ! Friday morning I woke up at 5:04 AM, my alarm did not go off, but luckily I roused close to my normal time! Then I checked my sleep app to see how much sleep I got.  After checking that, I laid in bed and read for 10 minutes. This is my favorite way to wake up and quietly prepare myself for the day! Then I got out of bed and went to the kitchen to make myself some breakfast! I made myself some hot tea, and because
